One-to-One Coaching
Personal Performance Coaching is an action-orientated partnership. It looks at your current situation and helps you chart a course to where you want to go.
As a personal performance coach June is totally committed to moving her clients forward with their goals. Sessions are totally confidential*. During sessions you will identify goals and explore options and obstacles to achieving them. Coaching takes the form of a dynamic conversation between coach and client which involves the use of questions that aim to stimulate deeper thinking and bring about increased clarity. It acts as a catalyst for decision making and change.
(*When a school is paying for coaching, the contract will explicitly address expectations about client/coach confidentiality.) |
